Ok, Let me share the cards made with this Fabulous Card Kit and other goodies! ❤

This one showcases this beautiful tree & Snowfall Stencil in the Christmas Silhouette Stamp Set that is in the Warm Winter Wishes Card Kit. I also used the Greeting from the Christmas Script Stamp Set. Laying the Snowfall stencil down over a piece of card stock and then inked it up with my Embossing Ink Pad. Once I removed the stencil and added the Gold Embossing powder I Die cut the center out with the Largest Single Stitched Oval Die. On another piece of card stock I stamped the tree and heat embossed it in the same gold embossing powder. Took Velum from my stash and heat embossed the greeting in the gold powder too. Wrapped the ends around the top layer and secured them on the back. Using foam squares I popped up the top layer on to the layer with the tree. Added that all to my card base. You could easily emboss the tree on the card base and save a piece of paper. I used a piece of Gold Metallic Card Stock and then layered it with a piece of white. There was a small strip of the Snowfall that I had cut off and saved, so I attached to the inside. You can see it in the photo below. I added red bling from my stash to finish it off ! ❤

What can I say… I love this snowman. ❤ On this card and Envelope set I created some snow hills for my snowman. Stamped him on a separate sheet of paper in the Whisper Amalgam ink and colored him with Copic markers. Then I stamped the taller tree and the little pine tree that is in You Warm My Heart stamp set. Blended ink on the background and used my Misti for the Greeting! Finished it off with the little hearts and popping up my snowman and added his arms. He is fussy cut and I had to draw in his little arms. 🙂 On the Envelope front, I ink blended the blue and added the same trees to the bottom left corner. Then used the To: from the stamp set Christmas Script. And for the back side of the envelope, I die cut the envelope image from the stamp set and colored it with copic markers Stamped the little greeting on the flap and glued down one edge of the die cut envelope. I will secure it will glue when I mail the card off! ❤

What fun the Glitz Glitter Gel has been! ❤ One this card there is Glitz, There is Glitter and a Big Greeting! I sprayed the stencil with Pixie Spray & placed it down on a piece of card stock, kinda off set. Then grabbed a spatula and spread Gina K. Designs Glitz Glitter Gel in Red Velvet all over. Gently picked up the stencil and cleaned it off. While that dried I took a piece of card stock and put down a piece of Terrific 1/2” then a 1/8” . Cut even with the paper and peeled off the backing of the terrific tape and poured some Red Hot glitter over it. Heat Embossed the Greeting in White Fine Detail Embossing powder on Red Velvet Card Stock and layered with White! Popped it up in the center! ❤

Items used on this sparkly card are below:

This one was a real quick card to make! I used the Embossing Ink and Stamped the three beautiful snowflakes from the set all over and heat embossed in White Fine Detail Powder. Die cut a Double Stitched Circle and did a little ink blending around the edges. Stamped one of the snowflakes in Sandy Beach then stamped the greeting in Kraft.

Here are the cards I shared at the release party! ❤

Be sure to leave some love on the blogs for Your Chance to win a $50.00 Gift Card from Gina K. Designs. Are you ready to see some more cards made with these sets? First up I have a card using You Being You.

I used the Line art Flower to stamp in Embossing Ink for a tone on tone background panel. Stamped the Hoop in Warm Cocoa and stamped the Gauze Background stamp in Sandy Beach over it. I fussy cut this one out. Stamped the Flower and the Leaves. I used my Prismacolor Pencils to color in the flower. I wanted it to look like I stitched the petals on the flower.

You Being You!

Next I used the Beautiful trees in the New Set You Warm My Heart:

I used my Rectangle Double Stitched Dies to cut a panel and masked off areas for my snow banks then stamped the trees and then Embossed the one tree in Silver and added a greeting at the bottom. Layered it all up on Silver Metallic Card Stock.

Here is a card made using the New Stamp Set Holiday Trees by: Beth Silaika I have really enjoyed playing with this set. As soon as I saw it I knew I wanted to make some Poppin’ Pink Trees. So this is how it turned out! ❤

Holiday Trees!

I lined up the tree in my Misti and stamped that fun tree 5 times to fit on the 2 1/8″ x 5″ White Layering Weight Panel with a Black Onyx under it. The Greeting is stamped in Obsidian Amalgam Ink on a 1″ x 3 6/8″ panel and backed with Black Onyx Card Stock attached with foam squares over the ribbon. All this sits on tip of a 4″ x 5 1/4″ White Layer that was stamped with the Diagonal Stripe Background stamp Inked up in Popping Pink Electro Pop Neon Ink.

Then I pulled out the New set Pallet Christmas by: Melanie Muenchinger along with her Perfect Pallets set. All the little images in this set allow you to create a wonderful scene and of course pair with the Perfect Pallet set for some really great cards! Lots of ides for this set!

I Love this Pallet set and the Pallet Christmas has been fun to create all kinds of cool cards! I did the Ink Dragging Technique that Gina Shared recently in a video. After I stamped the Line art image of the pallet in Warm Cocoa, I used the solid image of the same pallet and used Sandy Beach to drug across the stamp. Then I did a little dragging of Kraft on the ends of the stamp so it would be a little darker. On the little trees I did the same technique. Stamped in the Greeting & Snowflakes then used the Fancy Labels Dies to die cut this panel. Added some twine and then popped it up on a embossed panel.

I couldn’t resist using the Christmas Script stamp set along with the Tall Pines Background stamp set to create a snowy scene! I first made some snow hills by lightly blending some blue ink around the edge of a mask. Moved the mask up a bit and blended more ink. Then blending ink around the edges and towards the center. Stamped the background stamp using the Ink Dragging Technique and some Fresh Asparagus Ink. I used a gel pen to add some snow to the trees. Put the panel in my Misti and stamped the Greeting with Obsidian Amalgam Ink. 🙂

GKD – Flashback Friday

Hi Friends! Welcome to my blog! Today is Flashback Friday and I have a couple of cards to share with you! First is this card that I did a little watercolor on!

Really enjoyed watercoloring this poinsettia and really like that there is a set of dies if you want to cut it out! ❤ It is a great size to watercolor.

Other Items used: Twine, Watercolor Paper, Daniel Smith Watercolors

Next is a card made using stamp set: Very Merry Christmas

I love this set by Emily Loggans & I think I am going to have to pull this set out to create a few cards like this! I stamped the background music stamp on the White layering weight card stock using Kraft Premium Dye Ink the did a little ink blending with Sandy Beach over the whole panel. Adding a little more ink on the outer edges. I didn’t add to much of the Sandy Beach ink to the middle as I wanted to leave it more white so I could add the Turquoise Sea after I stamped the greeting in Embossing Ink & heat embossed it using GKD Fine Detail Embossing Powder. I also die cut the topper to the ornament and then added the embossing ink all over it and then heat embossed it in GKD Silver Embossing Powder. Stamped and Die cut the Holly leaves and foiled them using the Turquoise Sea Fancy Foil and I had a piece of the stripes left over from another project so those got added to the side! All product are listed below!
