Hello and Welcome to Karen's Creative Designs. I have been enjoying making cards for about 6 years now. I started out making Scrapbooks for the Grandkids. Searched You-Tube for techniques for background and found Gina K.Designs. I was hooked and just had to make cards! I have always been one to have a craft of some sort to do. I have done some crochet, jewelry making, pottery, cake making, ect.... you get the picture! I am hooked on card making and I love that it brings a smile to someones face when they receive a handmade card!

  1. Love love love the hello card! And, how did you do the dirt on the happy herbs card?? Love them all! Thanks for sharing!

  2. Your Hello card is beautiful, I love the tone on tone background. The herb card is just too cute! How did you do the texturing on the “dirt”?

  3. I love your first two cards in particular. The middle one is particularly inspirational! Turning the pot over is adorable and makes the sentiment that much better. Thank you for sharing your creativity.

  4. I love all your cards, but I have to say the herbal card is my favorite. It looks so real. You did a fabulous job coloring and shading. So beautiful

  5. Love the colors on the first card–especially the tone on tone panel. I like how you positioned the pots in the 2nd card. The design on the 3rd card is really neat. I love the hanging envelope. Thanks for sharing your wonderful work!!

  6. Three more great cards, Karen! I smiled wide when I saw your tipped pots and all the dirt (so realistic). It’s obvious you had fun with this awesome kit. Great hop, too!

  7. Love the blue. The flower pots
are great. So much depth to them.
    thanks for sharing

  8. AWESOME SAUCE! I love ALL of your cards but the one with is so intriguing! Going to take a peek at the video!!

  9. The cards are beautiful…great job all week. Your video explained masking perfectly…what a fun idea for a dirty card! 😉 The techniques are so fun.

    1. Love all of your cards–they are gorgeous!!! But the herbs is my favorite! Looks just like my work surface when I’m potting/repotting plants. Dirt everywhere! Lol! Love it!!!😁

  10. Thank you for sharing your designs! I think my favorite is the hello card with the blue background and flowers
