Hello and Welcome to Karen's Creative Designs. I have been enjoying making cards for about 6 years now. I started out making Scrapbooks for the Grandkids. Searched You-Tube for techniques for background and found Gina K.Designs. I was hooked and just had to make cards! I have always been one to have a craft of some sort to do. I have done some crochet, jewelry making, pottery, cake making, ect.... you get the picture! I am hooked on card making and I love that it brings a smile to someones face when they receive a handmade card!

  1. I always love your cards…and listening to you in the videos! You are so talented and instruct in such a relaxed, easy manner. TYFS!

  2. Hi Karen 🙂 Love this new Big Hello card kit!!! So many great materials to use! Love the tone on tone background on your Big Hello card and the natural positioning of the clay pots in the Happy Herbs card! Thanks for inspiring me 🙂

  3. Karen,
Terrific card presentation, the “Potted Plants” card is so realistic, less of a mess than I usually make. Thanks for the laugh, also for inspiring, and sharing.

    1. Wow those are fantastic! I love the colors you used in the first one, and that second one just the pots piled up in the dirt was so cute. Great job!

  4. I love your cards! Did you get dirt on your hands, too, when making that first card? 😉 The tone on tone is lovely, and I bet your friend is going to be thrilled with the card you made her. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration!

  5. I very much enjoyed your video on using the stamp set. It was fun to see the tipped pot, and your masking technique. It’s been a while since I did this so the refresher is appreciated. And the tip on using copics was helpful.

  6. Your cards are always so amazing Karen! You are
so talented! I can’t wait to watch your videos!!
Thank you for sharing your Wonderful talent !!

  7. Such a fun card and right up my alley. I am known as the “Herb Lady” in our neighborhood because I grow lots of herbs. People just stop by to get what they need for dinner and I love it,

  8. Great tone on tone background for your first card ! The card with the pots and dirt is so cute – the sentiment is great! All wonderful cards – thanks for sharing!

  9. Your cards are amazing and really show how creatively these new Gina K products can be used!! Each card has its distinctive charm! Thanks so much for sharing them on the hop!
