Hello and Welcome to Karen's Creative Designs. I have been enjoying making cards for about 6 years now. I started out making Scrapbooks for the Grandkids. Searched You-Tube for techniques for background and found Gina K.Designs. I was hooked and just had to make cards! I have always been one to have a craft of some sort to do. I have done some crochet, jewelry making, pottery, cake making, ect.... you get the picture! I am hooked on card making and I love that it brings a smile to someones face when they receive a handmade card!

  1. Oh my that lotus flower was gorgeous! I love flower cards. The sushi was really cute! That set is really growing on me.

  2. Karen, your cards are so beautiful. I’m glad I found you. I have been a GinaK watcher for a looooooog time, and I visited her store when she was in Madison. She is such an inspiration. It’s because of her that I found your blog. You are so talented. You, too, are an inspiration.

    A Happy Stamper,

    1. I found Gina on You-Tube and bought my first kit like 8 years ago and I have been hooked ever since! She truly is a inspiration. I was over on Stamp Tv too if you were a member there. ❤ Glad you found me 🙂

  3. The Lotus Flower look awesome. Such a beautiful flower and the designers here have surely given it a lot of beauty once again. So talented.

  4. Love your cards! That sushi card is so cute! I don’t even like sushi, but I’m seriously considering getting the kit

  5. I like that you added 3 lilipads with only 1 flower. And the coloring is so pretty. Thanks for sharing your talents.

  6. I love your cards!!! You are an amazing artist!! I have really enjoyed seeing so many ways to use the same products in a variety of ways!! TFS

  7. Dear Karen
Love Love love all your cards. Be it the coloring or the card you have nailed it. Blessings to you and your family

  8. Hi, Karen –
Shoo-wee! You were busy! I love these cards. I especially like the lotus flower at the end and the “wishing you peace” sentiment. I would be inclined to use that as a sympathy card, and a beautiful one at that. The sushi card is a delight, too!

  9. Beautiful cards! I especially love the Wishing you peace card. Lovely coloring. Thanks for the inspiration.

  10. Hi, Karen –
Such a privilege we have had to see your work daily three days in a row. Thanks so much for permitting us this opportunity! Your lotus is magnificent! So beautiful. The sushi card is cute as can be and colored as only a master could have chosen. Thanks again!
